FAQs & Troubleshooting

FAQs

  1. Do EnClose® TelN Protelomerase (NEB #M0768) and TelN Protelomerase (NEB #M0651) digest TelN recognition sequences in supercoiled dsDNA (e.g., plasmid) and/or linear dsDNA?
  2. What is the structure at the cleavage site of the dsDNA after TelN Protelomerase digestion?
  3. What is the activity of EnClose® TelN Protelomerase (NEB #M0768) in common buffers?
  4. Are the recognition sequences for EnClose® TelA Protelomerase (NEB #M0621) or EnClose TelN Protelomerase (NEB #M0768) available as text or FASTA files?
