  • Diluent B is recommended for making dilutions of New England Biolabs, Inc. restriction enzymes.

  • When necessary, we recommend diluting enzymes just prior to use and suggest that the final concentration of diluted enzymes be at least 1,000 units/ml.
  • Restriction enzymes should be stored at their selling concentrations.
